Clam Sleeper Ice Hut

Rare Clam Sleeper. 7'-10" x 7'-10" x 7 feet high !! Tent in very good condition. Has a couple small tears that will easily patch, but nothing major. I just lubed the zippers with silicon and they both work great. 6 fishing holes in the base. I set it up for the first time in 10 minutes. 2 guys would have this set up in less than 5 minutes every time. This would make a great base camp. I was actually thinking of using it as a night fishing platform.. so at the end of the day the lads could all go out for the night bite...and sit and shoot the .... in one place. Would be great for an outfitter to use as a base camp.. anyone with a gaggle of kids to keep out of the wind and entertained. Bring in a couple lounge chairs and some women..... :D $450 OBO.. pick up in Penetang or mutually agreeable alternative.

Currently i have taken management of a fairly good size camp 40 miles north of Kenora Ontario, holding a party of two to twenty people. Its a boat in housekeeping camp on the English River. The river extends many miles and is a large chain of lakes. Its filled with bays, islands, fast water stretches, humps, and structure all of which are filled with walleye northern pike, small mouth bass, muskie, and lake trout. The camp itself consists of a main lodge and six cabins, all with solar lights and running water. There's a hot shower, fish cleaning shed, and a large floating dock. You come and go as you please, eat and sleep when you want, and just enjoy your vacation how you please. We are an outfitter with house keeping cabins. Running water with all the kitchen utensils and linens supplied. Just bring yourself, clothes & food. Garbage disposal, washrooms, showers, laundry room, a dock, gazebo, fish fryer, smoker, fire pit access plus wood, fish cleaning station and freezer service are all included with your cabin rental. We rent boats as well with all the equipment supplied. We have a small grocery, souvenir, Post office/ general store with bait & tackle shop on site. We also sell all licensing you would need. We are situated on a chain of six lakes five miles long and 1.5 miles wide. As soon as you round the corner there are no other places on shore for the entire system, just mother nature. The lakes contain walleye, northern pike, smallmouth bass and whitefish. There are four other lakes reachable by portage from these lakes. There are @ least 40 back lakes reachable on day trips from the camp if you are set up for that, [small boat & trailer], or we could set you up. These lakes, depending on which one you pick contain, walleye, northern pike, smallmouth bass, whitefish, brook trout, rainbow trout, lake trout, aurora trout, splake, perch and probably a couple more I'm forgetting.
